Great Experience We had a unique situation where we had 2 trade-ins, high miles, and expected to get very little value for them. We met Rob, told him our specific needs. He went in the back and drove up the perfect car for what we needed! Hadn't even been detailed yet because they had just gotten in a shipment the previous day. Met Jay, he worked his magic with the numbers, and we got a great car payment at a price our budget can handle. Kevin, service, gave us a loaner car while ours was being serviced, and just treated us like royalty. It's been over 10 years since we've financed a car. We were truly skeptical. One of a kind service..ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! Having past credit challenges left us apprehensive, but we decided to give Internet Auto a chance, and we have to say they were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! The first contact we had was with Anna Blain she was so positive and caring and took time to listen to our needs and concerns. She made us feel confident again. Mike King was fabulous, he was right there with us to the very end which was way late in the evening, He was very understanding and made sure we were getting the car we really wanted. Thank you so much for being patient with us Mike, having two little ones with us, swapping carseats, and waiting for bottles to be made, You just dont see that, or in our experience anyway. Oh please Thank your fiance' she was awesome to take the boys while we finished paperwork. The Sales Manager was fantastic he worked our numbers where we would feel comfortable and not overburdened. Thank you for spending that time with us. The overall dedication that Anna and Mike have to their customers are one of a kind! And believe me we will be back! You both showed us respect we didnt get from the other dealership, and that in itself means everything. We love our Mazda 6 2009!! Simply the Best It was so frustrating to be turned down by others because our credit had opportunities, so when I got a phone call from Anna & Jodi my family was relieved. They listed to what we wanted & needed, and a couple days later we were driving off the lot with the perfect vehicle and the perfect financing.
